## When it fires

Noa suggests saving what a person answered, after Noa handed the conversation over (or the agent asked from the inbox), as a document. It is not a document yet: knowledge carries the proposal without customer data.

Instantly, when it happens in ByDomu: from the app, the API, Noa, an automation or an integration. `actor.kind` tells you who: USER, NOA, SYSTEM, API, AUTOMATION or INTEGRATION.
