## When it fires

The trial expired unpaid: the deal moves on its own to "Lost" with that reason. If it was already paid, this does not fire (the deal reached "Won" before expiring).

A scheduled ByDomu sweep emits it, not someone’s action: `actor.kind` tells you who: USER, NOA, SYSTEM, API, AUTOMATION or INTEGRATION.
