El contacto pasó a otro asesor. assignment trae el dueño anterior y el nuevo.

Al instante, cuando pasa en ByDomu: desde la app, la API, Noa, una automatización o una integración. `actor.kind` dice quién fue: USER, NOA, SYSTEM, API, AUTOMATION o INTEGRATION.
