Alguém deixou uma nota rápida em um contato, negócio ou imóvel.

Na hora, quando acontece no ByDomu: pelo app, pela API, pela Noa, por uma automação ou uma integração. `actor.kind` diz quem foi: USER, NOA, SYSTEM, API, AUTOMATION ou INTEGRATION.
